There is a large open-plan living \/ dining room, kitchen, shower room and separate wc, and plenty of storage space.<\/p>\n<p>Summer lasts for 6 months from May to October and temperatures frequently reach 30\u00b0C+ (86\u00b0F), while April and November can be 20\u00b0+C.
