Fitness training
\nRun by triathlete Gregoire Aguilar, a Parisian based in Antibes with his young family. He will take 1 hour personal training session in the apartment or out and about in Vieux Nice with a range of kit (eg. TRX, skipping rope, light weights). Each session is adapted to your needs – his knowledge of core, posture and back issues make him a very solid trainer. He also runs pilates and strengthening classes in the region.

Internations.org
\nAn international ex-pat group that runs twice monthly social events in great locations around Nice, many with live music from up and coming bands or a DJ. Sign up online, select the event you would like to attend and pay on the door. Entry is usually under \u20ac20 per head and includes a free drink. A great way to meet people of all ages, nationalities and backgrounds. All attendees speak English.

Hiking
\nInternations also runs a weekly hiking group in the hills surrounding Nice and Italy. It’s every Sunday morning, free of charge. Notify the group via Internations.org if you would like to attend and whether you need a pick up\/drop off. The organisers arrange for car-sharing in return for a small contribution to petrol costs. Most walks are moderately demanding rather than ‘sportif’ with a riverside picnic or lunch in a local restaurant, followed by a swim to cool down.
